RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED AS
RESOLUTION NO. 576 TO EXTEND TAE E7CPIRATION DATE TO AUGUST 23,
1990.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held January 2, 1990,
recommended approval to amended a Conditional Use Permit granted
as Resolution No. 576 by extending the expiration date to August
23, 1990, at the following location:
PROPERTY: All of Tract 17 and 32 and that portion of tracts 18 and
31 in section 19, township 22 south, range 26 east,
according to the plat of Lake Highlands Company as
recorded in plat book 2, page 38, Public Records of Lake
County, Florida, lying easterly of the easterly right-
of-way line of U.S. Highway 27.
LOCATION: 32.65 acres located on Grand Highway and Pitt Street.
ZONING: C-2 General Commercial District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION 1.
1. The expiration date of the Conditional Use Permit granted as
Resolution No. 576 is extended to August 23, 1990
2. All conditions stated in Resolution No. 576 shall be adhered
to.
3. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant
understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this
Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
