Dear Sirs:
We completed a (Treatment) for Subterranean Termites
on your Building at Clermont on 2-4-66 and placed it
under our Five-Year Annual Service Contract. This contract will terminate
as of 2-3-71 , and we would like to suggest that we be given the
opportunity of continuing this Subterranean Termite Control Program for
a further 5-year period.
It will be necessary to replace the chemical protection barrier in the
exposed danger areas and, as our records indicate that our experience
with this property has been satisfactory, we will be glad to replace this
chemical barrier at our expense, and renew the contract for another 5-year
period for the same Annual Service Charge of $20.00
If this Renewal Program is acceptable to you, please sign one copy of this
agreement and return it to us, retaining the other copy for your files.
When we receive this signed Renewal Agreement, we will schedule the chemical
replacement but, if there should be a delay due to inclement weather or
other factors, the original contract will be extended so that you will have
continuous coverage and protection. The 5-year Renewal Agreement will,
however, be dated the same date as the original contract.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your confidence and
trust in our organization during the past five years, and express the hope
