NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT

The undersigned hereby gives notice as follows
1. Improvements consisting of remodeling wili be made to
the following described property in Lake County, Florida:
Lots 11, 12 and 13', and the North 10
feet of lots 14 and 15, Block 56,
according to the official map of the
City of Clermont, Florida
2. The name and address of the owner of said real property
is the City of Clermont, a duly incorporated municipality in
the County of Lake, State of Florida.
3. Said owner's interest in the site of the improvement is
fee simple.
4. The name and address of the fee simple title holder of
said property is: City of Clermont, Lake County , Florida.
5. The name and address of the contractor. is: R LANE SPIKES,
d/b/a SPIKES BUILDERS, Post Office Box 1311, New Port Richey,
Florida
6. The name and address of the surety on the payment bond
.is UNITED BONDING INSURANCE COMPANY 3909. North Meridan St,
Indianapolis, Indiana, and the amount of said bond is $71,269.00.
7. RICHARD H. LANGLEY, whose address is 798 Montrose St.,
Clermont, FlorIda, is hereby designated as the person upon whom
notices or other documents under the. Florida Mechanics' Lien Law
shall be served, and service upon him shall constitute service upon
said owner;
8. JOSEPH SON JO~ AND HAROLD L. McINTOSH whose addresses
are City Hall, Clermont Florida, and who are Mayor and City Manager,
respectively of the City of Clermont, Florida, are hereby designated
as persons, in addition to said owner, to receive a copy of the
.Notice to OWner as provided in Section 84.061 (2) (b) Florida
Statutes.
