WnEREAS, G. A. Nash, Tax Assessor of the City of
Clermont, has completed the Assessment Roll of property
within the City of Clermont for the year 1941, and presented
the same to the City Council; and,
'HffEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice as
required by the Charter of the City of Clermont the said
City Council did ~ive notice th<:>t it would sit as an
equalization board at the City Hall in Clermont, Florida,

for the purpose of hearing complaints as to the said assess-
ment roll and equalizing and confir~ing the same; and that
at such meeting there were more complaints to be heard t~an
that time permitted and said meeting of the Council sitting
8S an equalization board was adjourned until
~/~ :z. z/c¡c.þat ~P. M. at which time
and at the same place, the City Council sitting as an equal-
ization board, did hear all complaints and did adjust and
equ:'",lize the said tax assessment roll and the same is now
equalized and adjusted, ther8fore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont that the Assessment Roll of the City of Clermont
for the year 1941, as prepared by G. A. Nash, Tax Assessor
of the City of Clermont, as equalized by the City Council,
be, and the same is, hereby ratified, ap~roved and confirmed.
