The City Council in regular session on January 12, 1971
approved engaging you for the purpose of screening the
Code of Ordinances and making recommendations for bringing
the Code up-to-date by deletion of no longer applicable
provisions. They authorized an expenditure not to exceed
$100.00. I would like this work completed within thirty
(30) days from date of commencement. You may be assured
of complete cooperation from me as well as the City
Attorney.
