Dear Mr. Baker:
In a regular meeting on December 22, 1970, the City Council
agreed to enter into a lease agreement with you with regard
to the LP gas engine at your grove in Clermont. .
The City agrees to lease the engine for one year from 1
January, 1971 through 31 December 1971 for $400.00 wi th an
option to purchase the engine for $2,000.00 less the $400.00
or $1600.00 at the end of the year. The City further agrees
to provide maintenance and fuel for the engine during the
lease year.
The City further agrees to install a standpipe to be
utilized by you for the purpose of filling equipment with
water for spraying as we discussed.
If you are in accord with the provisions as outlined in this
letter, please sign all copies in the space provided below
and return the original to me.
