A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PRIVATE ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE.

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont,
. Lake County, Florida. at its meeting held on May 1, 1973, recommended approval
of the Conditional Use Permit for a Private Architectural Practice, as hereinafter
set forth, by a vote of 10 to 0 with one member absent, and the City Council
deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: t ·
SECTION 1
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Private
Architectural Practice to be located on
Lots 19, 20 and 21 in Block 7 of Sunnyside Unit and known as 1330
Bowman Street be granted subject to the following conditions:
A. Provisions be made for six (6) off street parking spaces
. Office - Four (4) spaces
Dwelling Unit - Two (2) spaces
B. Signs be limited to one (1) ground sign in addition to shingle
sign. The maximum size of the ground sign shall be thirty-two
(32) square feet.
C. The structure or use cannot be expanded except as granted by
the City Council under a Conditional Use Permit
D. . The applicant must conform to all provisions of zoning and
other applicable ordinances.
