WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the

City Council of the City of Clermont that Rosewood Drive in
Indian Hills, a subdivision of the City of Clermont, between
Minnehaha Avenue and Lake Drive has never been opened to
the public; and, that this street passes through a citrus
grove and there is no improved property on said street and
same is not now generally needed by the traveling public;
therefore,
BE IT R8S0LVED BY fHE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Clermont that the above described street be closed to the
traveling public, except as to the abutting property owners
and that said street be closed until such time as needed by
the general traveling public.
BE IT FUR'l'HER RESOLVED 'rha t the temporary clos ing of
this street does in no way give the abutting property owners
license to use said street for the purpose of constructing
improvements thereon; and, that the Cit~r Council do give all
abutting property owners 30 days written notice of the re-
opening of said street.
