Amendment to contract dated December 15, 1952 covering the furnishing
of electric energy for water pumping, street lighting and other
miscellaneous requirements; said contract effective for an initial
period of five years from September 4, 1953 and automatically
renewa.ble .from--year..to 'year thereafter unless .terminated'.by 60
days' notice.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AMENDMENT: March 23, 1961
AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT:
All terms and conditions are the same as stipulated in the contract,
as previously amended, with the following exceptions:
Additional Street Lighting:
The contract is hereby amended to reflect the installation of
16 - Mercury Vapor Luminaires equipped with 20,000 Lumen lamps
mounted on special concrete poles(added to service 3/23/61)
6 - Mercury Vapor Luminaires equipped with 8,000 Lumen lamps
2 double mountings (4 units) on 2 special concrete poles
2 single mountings (2 units) on existing wood poles
(added to service 3/23/61)
13 - Junior Luminaires equipped with 2,500 Lumen lamps
(added to service from time to time since effective date
of last amendment)
AND the Removal of
2 - Mercury Vapor Luminaires equipped with 20,000 Lumen lamps
mounted on 2 special aluminum poles
(removed from service 3/23/61)
1 _ Senior Luminaire equipped with 10,000 Lumen lamp
mounted on special wood pole
1 - Senior Luminaire equipped with 4,000 Lumen lamp
mounted on special wood pole
4 - Junior Luminaires equipped with 2,500 Lumen lamps
