WHEREAS, the City of Clermont are desirous of extending
their Water Main from Osceola street no:r-th on Second Street
across the Right of Way of the Atlantic Coàstline Railroad and
the Tavares & Gulf Railroad to the approximate intersection of
Lake Drive bordering Lake Minneo11 so that they can furnish
sufficient water supply to the Pomona Products Company; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Citv of Clermont do

enter into an Agreement with the Atlantic Coastl ine Eailroad
and Tavares & Gulf Railroad wherein said railroa::is will autho-
rize the City of Clermont to install said Water Mains under
the Railroad Rights of Way; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont
that the Mayor of the City of Clermont and the City Clerk of
the City of Clermont are hereby authorized to enter into what-
ever> Agreements and Contracts are necessary with the Atlantic
Coastline Railroad Company and the Tavares & Gulf Railroad
Company whereby the City may obtain permission to install these
required Water Mains under the Rights of ;iíay of the respective
Railroads and that such Agreements entered into by the Mayor
and the City Clerk shall be binding upon tr..e City of Clermont.
