RESOLUTION COJ:FlnMING ASSESEIc1E'T ROLL
~HEREAS, R. F. House, Tax Assecsor of the City of
Clermont, has completed the Assessment Roll of all real and
personal property wi thin the Ci ty of CleIic'ont forthe year 1949
and presented same to the City Council; and,
V~EREAS, pursuant to a due and legal notice as re-
quired by the charter and ordinances of the City of Clermont,
the said City Council did give notice that it would sit as an
Equalization Board at the City Hall in Clermont, Florida, at
8:00 P.M. on August 16, 1949, for the pcrpose of hearing com-
plaints as to the said assessment roll and equalizing and con-
firming the same, and at such meeting the said City Council,
sitting as a Board of E~ualization, did hear all complaints,
and did adjust and equalize the said Tax Asses~ment Roll and
the same is now equalized and adjusted, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont that the Assessment Roll of the City of Clermont, for
the year of 1949, as prepared by R. F. House, Tax Assessor of
the City of Clermont, and as equalized by the City Council sit-
ting as a Board of Eaualization, be, and the same is, hereby
ratified, approved, and confirmed.
