RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL
WHEREAS; R. F~ House, Tax Assessor ot the City of Clermont,
has oompleted the assessment roll ot all real and personal
property within the City ot Clermont tor the year 1951 and
presented same to the City Counoil; and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to a due and legal notioe as required
by the oharter and ordinanoes ot the City ot Clermont, the said
City Counoil did give notioe that it would sit as an Equa~ization
Board at the City hall in Clermont; Florida; at 7:30 P. M.
en September 25; 1951, tor the purpose ot hearin¡ oomplaints as to
the said Assessment Roll and equalizing and oon:f'J:rm.ing same, and
at suoh meeting or at an adjourned meeting then·..!' the said
City Counoil; sitting as a Board of Equalization; did hear all
oomplaints; and did adjust and equalize the sa1d Tax Assessment
Roll and the same is now equalized and adjusted, theretore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of the CiÞ.v' ot Clermont
that the Assessment Roll ot the City of Clermont, for the year
1951, as prepared by R. F. House; Tax Assessor ot the City of
Clermont, and as equalized b¡r the City Counoil sitting as a
Board of Equalization; be; and the same is hereby :fert1nM.'
approved and oonfirmed.
