WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the State of
Florida Department of Transportation, to locate, construct and maintain or improve
a portion of State Road 30 in Lake County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said project
are owned by the City of ; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida, a request has been made
for a conveyance of a portion of said lands of this city; and
