By and between CITY OF LERMONT, a municipal, corporation
herein called the lessor, and ELLINOR TEUBNER
herein called the lessee
WITNESSETH, That TA consideration of the covenants herein
contained, on the part of the said lessee to be kept and per
formed, the said lessor does hereby lease to the said lessee,,
the following described property, in Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, to -wit: All lands lying West of Lake Drive, East of the
mean high -glow water mark of Lake Crystal and North of the South
boundary of Loth, Block 20 and Shath of the North boundary of
said Lot 1 when said North and South boundaries are extended
due West to the mean high -low water mark of said lake, as
represented on the Official Map pf the City of Clermont, duly
filed and recorded in the public records of Lake County, Florida
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for the term of 5_ years from
date hereof, the said lessee paying therefor the total rent cf
One and No /100 Dollars.
And, in the further consideration of the above rent, lessee_ hereby agree to improve above said premises, by keeping same '�
clean, and/or planting of grass, trees, palms, etc and, that
lessee ha$ the right hereunder to build a dock or boathouse
on sail premises for her private use, and agrees to submit plans
therefor to lessor for approval before so constructing said dock
or boathouse. Lessee agrees not to remove sand from lake shore
or lake bottom.
This lease is subject to cancellation by the lessor herein
upon lessee's faulure to comply with the above provisions upon
giving 30 days written notice thereof.
