O-385-M CITY OF CLERMONT ORDINANCE No. 385-M AN ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF AN UNNAMED STREET WHICH IS BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY TRACT 11 OF LAKE HIGHLANDS COMPANY, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 22, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY FLORIDA; EXTENDING SOUTH TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF NORTH RIDGE BOULEVARD; RESERVING TO THE CITY OF CLERMONT AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS EGRESS, AND MAINTENANCE, UTILITIES, SANITARY SEWER AND STORMWATER; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that: SECTION 1: That portion of an unnamed street which is bounded on the north by Tract 11 of Lake Highlands Company, Section 20, Township 22, Range 26 East, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 30, Public Records of Lake County Florida; extending south to the northerly boundary of North Ridge Boulevard located within the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida as hereinafter described is hereby closed and permanently abandoned: See Attachment "A" Reserving to the City of Clermont an easement for ingress and egress, maintenance, utilities, sanitary sewer and stormwater within said roadway. 1 . _~. • • CITY OF CLERMONT ORDINANCE No. 385-M Page - 2 - SECTION 2: This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida and the general laws of the State of Florida. SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
