AN ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY
ABANDONING THE NORTH .20 FEET OF A 7.5 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LYING
ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 482, BRIGHTON AT KINGS RIDGE, PHASE
III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39,
PAGES 83 AND 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY FLORIDA; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1:
That portion of a 7.5 foot utility easement located within the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida as hereinafter described is hereby closed and permanently abandoned:
SECTION 2:
The north .20 feet of the 7.5 foot utility easement lying on the south boundary of
Lot 482, Brighton at Kings Ridge, Phase III, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 83 and 84, Public Records of Lake County
Florida.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida and the general laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3:
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4:
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance,
except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning
and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
First Reading this 12"' day of October, 1999.
Second Reading this 26`h day of October, 1999.
