CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Dear Mr. Reeves:
The current awarded period on the above referenced contract is due to expire on April 26, 2011. There is a
provision for an extension in this contract. It is the intent of the City to renew the contract for an additional twelve
(12) month period.
Please check "yes" or "no" at the bottom of this letter, with your signature and date, as to whether you are interested
or not extending the contract for an additional period. Your response should be received in the Purchasing Division
no later than ten (10) business days by mail, fax or email from date of this letter. Failure to respond will be deemed
as silent evidence that your firm is not interested in renewing this contract.
