ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 122 OF
ORDINANCE N0.289-C, CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL
PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN AS SHOWN BELOW, PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1:
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida referred to in Chapter 122
of Ordinance No.289-C, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by rezoning the following
described property as shown:
See Attached Exhibit "A"
FROM UE URBAN ESTATE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
TO C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
SECTION 2:
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3:
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance,
except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning
and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4:
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law and shall
take effect immediately upon its Second Reading and Final Passage.

That part of Tracts 3 and 14, Lake Highlands Company, Section 29, Township 22 South, Range
26 East, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of Lake
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: begin at the northeast corner of lot
80, Walton Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 5, Public
Records of Lake County, Florida; thence N00° 19'42"W 88.47 ;thence N89°41'34"E 572.71;
thence S00°01'36"E 631.79' to the north right-of--way of State Road 50; thence N89°41'37"W
along the north right-of--way line, 251.70 ;thence continue along said right-of--way line
S00° 18'23 "W 12.00 ;thence N89°41'23 "W along said right-of--way line 325.51' the west line of
