Amendment to contract dated December 15, 1952 covering the furnishing of electric
energy for water pumping, street lighting and other miscellaneous requirements of
the customer; said contract effective for an initial period of ten years from Septem-
ber 4, 953 and automatically renewable from year to year thereafter unless termi-
nated by 60 days notice.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AMENDMENT: August 3, 1959
AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT:
All terms and conditions are the same as stipulated in the contract, as previously
amended, with the following exceptions:
Additional Street Lighting
The contract is hereby amended to reflect the installation of:
48 mercury vapor luminaires. 20,000 lumen
3 mounted on new additional special aluminum poles
28 mounted on existing special aluminum poles
17 mounted on existing special wood poles
Replacing 45 senior luminaires equipped with 10,000 lumen lamps
mounted as above indicated.
Street lighting units in service at the effective date of this amendment and the
related Fixed Charges on special type units are as follows:
48 mercury vapor luninaires 20,000 lumen @ $1.50, $72.00 month
28 mounted on special aluminum poles @ $1.75, $49.00 month

3 mounted on special aluminum poles @ $2.50, $7.50 month
Prevailing price at March 1959
17 mounted on special wood poles @$0.50, $8.50 month
2 senior luminaires. 10, 000 lumen @$1.00, $2.00 month
mounted on special wood poles
22 senior luminaires. 6.000 lumen @ $1.00
mounted on special wood poles
24 senior luminaires, 4,000 lumen @ $1.00
mounted on special wood poles
218 junior luminaires, 2500 lumen
mounted on existing wood poles
Total Fixed Charges
All other terms and conditions of the contract dated December 15,
in full force and effect.
