Dear Mr. Kinzler,
This letter serves as a renewal of our current contract for the removal, treatment and
disposal of biosolids from the City's WWTP's. Under the contract renewal, Shelley's will
provide the services at a rate of $30.00 per yard with a 25 yard load.
This extension if for a one year period and may be renewed annually as negotiated and
agreed upon by both parties.
