1953-12TERMITE CONTROL CONTRACT THIS CONTRACT is entered into between the Home & Grounds Service of Leesburg, Florida, a licensed "TOX -EOL" contractor and City of Clermont, the owner or real estate agent of the building located at C1 Clermont, Florida THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The contractor agrees to treat the above described building with the "TOX -EOL SYSTEM" of termite control which is in accord with the latest technical methods and the instructions of the chemical manufacturer. 2. The contractor agrees to render such further treatments as are necessary to completely eradicate subterranean termites during the duration of this contract. 3: The contractor agrees to remove all debris, clay tunnels, and trash from under the above described residence. 4. REPAIR WORK Replaced wooden support, rescreened vents 5. On completion of initial treatment the owner agrees to pay the contractor $185.00 as follows: Upon completion The contractor agrees to make a thorough re- inspection within six months after treatment and annually thereafter and take the necessary measures to eradicate any termites should re infestation be found for 4 consecutive years for an annual fee of $ 35.00 payable when re- inspections and re- treatments are made. 6. City of Clermont agrees not to store wood, paper or other cellulose material which might furnish food for termites under the house, and to repair promptly any plumbing leaks or other conditions arising after the execution of this contract, which might cause the collection of moisture under the house 7. It is agreed between the parties to this contract that the prices quoted herein are subject to change in the dis- cretion of the contractor if he is to render these services to any additions made to the above described building after the execution of this contract. i 8. It is understood and agreed between the parties to this contract that this contract embodies the entire agreement between the parties and no covenant, agreement or representation, oral or written, expressed of implied, shall limit, modi- fy or qualify the terms of this contract and its provisions. 9. It is agreed between the parties that this contract is not assignable, but in case of sale of the above described premises, the purchaser shall have the privilege of entering a new contract for the unexpired terms of this contract at the same rate. 10. If on inspection by the licensed agent should reval reinfestation by subterranean termites in the timbers treated within five years from date of the original application then the manufacturer will furnish the necessary chemical and the licensed agent the required labor for such re-treatment as may be necessary to control such re-infestation without cost to the hold of this bond. The licensed agent will make regular periodic inspections of the property treated during the life of this warranty. This warranty is limited to applications made by a licensed agent of the manufacturer and to the property treated as shown by the inspection report attached to and made part of this warranty.
