AN ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY
ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF LAKEVIEW DRIVE BEING THE WESTERLY
EXTENSION OF THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 36 OF LAKEVIEW
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, SOUTH TO THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF LAKEVIEW
DRIVE, CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 8, PAGES 17 TO 23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA; RESERVING TO THE CITY OF CLERMONT AN EASEMENT FOR
INGRESS EGRESS, AND MAINTENANCE, UTILITIES, SANITARY SEWER AND
STORMWATER; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:

That portion of Lakeview Drive located within the City of Clermont, Lake Courityy ~: ~ a ~
Florida as hereinafter described is hereby closed and permanently abandoned: : > ~ rs

That portion of Lakeview Drive, being the westerly extension of the northern
boundary of Lot 36 of Lakeview Heights Subdivision, south to the southern - ~ ' ` ~? `-~'
boundary of Lakeview Drive. ~,
Reserving to the City of Clermont an easement for ingress and egress, maintenance, utilities,
sanitary sewer and stormwater.
SECTION 2:
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida and the general laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3•
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4:
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance,
except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section maybe inseparable in meaning
and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
