MISCELLANEOUS ORDINANCE
NO. 312-M
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR RE-USE WATER
SERVICE, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1. RE-USE WATER SYSTEM EAST* Rate Schedule:
*Water System East shall be all areas served by systems utilizing Hancock Well
and East Wells #1 and #2.
A. Monthly Rate: $5.65 per unit (a unit is considered any residential unit
located on an irrigated lot which is 10,000 square feet or
less). Irrigated lots more than 10,000 square feet will be
pro-rated.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or
affect any other provision of this ordinance, except to the extent that the
entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and
effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.

SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law
and take effect June 11, 1996.
First Reading this 28th day of May, 1996.
Second Reading this 11th day of June, 1996.
