AND EAST OF LAKE AVENUE, CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 TO 23 INCLUSIVE,
PUBLIC RECORDS, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RESERVING TO THE
CITY OF CLERMONT AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS EGRESS, AND

REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains ~~~

All that portion an alley way lying west of lots 1 through 11 of Dazzling 3uhset
Subdivision, east of lots 12 through 21 of Dazzling Sunset Subdivision, south of
Seminole Street and east of Lake Avenue, City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida; Recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17 to 23 inclusive, Lake County, Florida,
Reserving to the City of Clermont an easement for ingress and egress, maintenance,
utilities, sanitary sewer and stcrmwater.

This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State of Florida.

Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of this
ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be
inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION S.
This ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law and take
effect immediately upon its second reading and final passage.
