2011-36 AMENDMENT
This amendment ( "Amendment ") is made this i 1 4 7/4 day of 37A.--h °cam 2011 by and between Tyler
Technologies, Inc. with offices at 370 U.S. Route 1, Falmouth, Maine 04105 ( "Tyler ") and the City of Clermont,
Flonda with offices at 685 West Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711 ( "Client ")
WHEREAS, Tyler and the Client are parties to an agreement dated November 9, 1998, as amended ( "Agreement ");
and
WHEREAS, Tyler and Client desire to further amend the Agreement to add functionality and payment terms;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises hereinafter contained, Tyler and the Client agree as
follows:
1 The products and services listed in the attached Sales Quotation are hereby added to the Agreement.
2. Tyler shall invoice Client $2,200.00 upon Tyler making the software products available for download, which
amount represents the software license fees.
3. Services, plus expenses, shall be invoiced by Tyler to Client as provided/incurred.
4. On July 1, 2011 Client shall remit to Tyler Maintenance Fees of $198.00 for the period of July 1, 2011 through
September 30, 2011
5. This Amendment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
Agreement
6. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
