The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1.

That portion of Bloxam Avenue and Division Street located within the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida as hereinafter described is hereby closed and permanently
abandoned:
All that portion of Bloxam Avenue lying north of the northerly right-of-way
line of Grand Highway and south of the southerly right-of-way line of
Division Street and closing and permanently abandoning a portion of
Division Street lying west of the westerly right-of-way line of Bloxam
Avenue and east of the easterly right-of-way line of Galena Avenue, City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17 to 23
inclusive, Public Records, Lake County, Florida.
Subject to the official platting of Edgewood Lake Planned Unit
Development.
SECTION 2.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State of Florida.

SECTION 3.

All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of this
ordinance, except to the exte^t that the entire section or part of the section may be
inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 5.
This ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law and take
effect immediately upon its second reading and final passage.
First Reading this 28th day of September, 1993.
Second Reading this 12th day of October, 1993.
PASSED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS 12TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1993.
