THE STREETSCAPE PARKING CONFIGURATION FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT

Dear Tim:
As requested, we are submitting this proposal for additional engineering services for the proposed
modifications of the City of Clermont Streetscape Plans originally prepared by Urban Resource
Group (URG) a division of Kimley -Hom and Associates, Inc. The City will secure a letter from the
original consultant releasing CPH, CTH +A and the City from any legal liabilities arising from the use
of the original plans as a base plan for the proposed additional work.
We understand from our June 28, 2011 discussion with Ms. Tamara Richardson, City Engineer, and
the mark -up of the Streetscape Plans, that we are to provide engineering services to modify the
parking configuration along both sides of Lake Avenue between W. Minneola Avenue and W.
DeSoto Streets. Parking configuration changes along W. DeSoto Street from Seventh Street to Lake
Avenue and along W. Minneola Avenue from Seventh Street to Lake Avenue are also proposed. As
part of the scope, CPH will design of a stormwater drainage conveyance system to be located at the
south right -of -way of Minneola Avenue extending from the north side of the Jenkins Auditorium site
and connecting to an existing drainage structure at the southeast comer of Seventh Street and W.
Minneola Avenue. The Engineering services will include grading and drainage design incidental to
the parking configuration modification only. We included time to assist the City in preparing a permit
application package to the Water Management District for the work described above. We
understand that the construction of the streetscape work will be in conjunction with the Jenkins
Auditorium
We agree to provide the additional services for the additional amount of Eleven Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty and 00 /100 Dollars ($11,750 00). Upon approval of this proposal it will become part of
the original contract and all conditions, provisions and limitations stipulated in the ongmal contract
applies to this additional scope. We would be happy to meet with you and discuss any element of
our proposal as it pertains to fulfilling your needs for the site. We look forward to continue to
working with you on this project.
If you are in agreement with the above scope of services and fees, please sign and retum one (1)
copy of this letter to our office for our records. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Dear Tim•
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM) is pleased to provide the scope of services outlined below
to C.T. Hsu & Associates (Client) as an Additional Service to our Letter of Agreement dated May 9,
2011. All services will be provided under the terms and conditions of the above - reference
Agreement and any approved amendment or modifications thereto.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Task 1
AECOM will provide Landscape review of Civil Engineering plans prepared by city's engineering
consultant, as well as, Landscape and Irrigation design modification and construction
documentation along both sides of Lake Avenue between W Minneola Avenue and W. Desoto
Streets, both sides of W Minneola Avenue between 7th Street and Lake Avenue, and both sides of
W. Desoto Street between 7th Street and Lake Avenue.
Specifically AECOM will:
• review plans for landscape impacts
• prepare schematic design plans for client approval
• prepare 100% construction documents that client may use to bid the project
• make one (1) site visit at substantial completion to review landscape and irrigation
Client shall provide:
• AutoCAD base survey plan
• Civil engineer's plans for review
• Civil engineer's final design plan in AutoCAD
• AutoCAD version of city's current landscape and irrigation design plan
Deliverables — As a result of this task, AECOM shall produce:
• Redlined civil plans with review comments
• Schematic design plan
• Five (5) sets of construction documents
PROJECT SCHEDULE - AECOM is prepared to begin work on the project immediately upon receipt
of this executed Additional Services Agreement AECOM, in consultation with the Client, shall
perform its work in such a manner as to comply with a mutually agreed upon schedule

COMPENSATION
The fee for the Scope of Services detailed above will be performed on a fixed fee basis plus direct
expenses, direct expenses are in addition to the fees listed above.
Fee $8,000.00
