MISCELLAN~~U~ ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,FLORIDA AMENDING
THE CITY OF CLERMONT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP,
AS ATTACHED TO ORDINANCE 168-M ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND
FUTURE LAND USE MAP FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT, PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN AFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida
hereby ordains that
SECTION 1.
The official Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida are hereby amended as
follows:
1. Change the following described property from Land Use Map
Designation NED-5 to EBD-2.
a). Sunnyside Unit, Block 2 Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10,
Clermont Heights Lot 69 and 76.
2. Increase the density in the UD-4 District on the
following described property from 4 units per acre to 8
units acre:
City Block F, Lot 5
3. Add the following described property to the UD-2
District:
a). All of Tract 58 lying east of US Hwy. 27, Sec. 29,
Twn. 28S and Rge 26E., Lake Highlands Co.
Subdivision.
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed. Should any section or part of this section
be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
ajudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of this
ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of
the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the
section to which such holding shall apply.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall
become law and shall take effect upon adoption.
First Reading this 13th day of February 1990.
Second Reading thisl0th day of July , 1990.
