2011-52 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CLERMONT AND CAPRI ENGINEERING
NIK/A NOVA ENGINEERING AND ENVIROME TAL, LLC
This Addendum is to that certain agreement of November 13, 2007 (the Agreement)
between the CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as "CITY" and CAPRI
ENGINEERING n/k/a NOVA ENGINEERING AND ENVIROMENTAL, LLC, and hereinafter
referred to as "CONTRACTOR ". The parties, in exchange for the mutual covenants contained
herein and in the Agreement, agree as follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a conflict,
the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended to continue in full force and affect for
and until September 30, 2012, whereupon it shall automatically renew each year thereafter, unless
terminated as set forth in the Agreement and as set forth below.
3. Either party may terminate this Agreement at anytime without cause upon six (6)
months written notice to the non - terminating party.
4. All terms and conditions contained in the Agreemnt shall remain unchanged as set
forth therein throughout the period extended by this Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this Addendum for
the purposes herein expressed on the dates set forth below.
