MISCELLANEOUS ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,FLORIDA AMENDING
THE CITY OF CLERMONT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP,
AS ATTACHED TO ORDINANCE 168-M ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND
FUTURE LAND USE MAP FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT, PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida
hereby ordains that
SECTION 1.
The official Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida are hereby amended as
follows:
1.Change the following described property from Land Use Map
Designation NED-4 to EBD-2.
a). Clermont Heights Lots 275, and 276.
2. Add the following permitted uses in the UD-3 District on
property located north of Pitt Street.
a.) Tourist Accomodations
b.) Professional Offfices
c.) Health Care Facilities.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Tracts 51, 52, Tracts 61 and 62, City Block G, Lots 1,
2, 3, 4, City Block K, Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall
become law and shall take effect upon adoption.
