MISCELLANEOUS ORDINANCE
195-M
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
AMENDING THE CITY OF CLERMONT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND
USE MAP, AS ATTACHED TO ORDINANCE 168-M ADOPTING THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP FOR THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE, AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida
hereby ordains that
SECTION 1.
The official Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida are hereby amended as
follows:
1. Include the following described property in Land Use
District UD-2.
a).Tracts 55-A and 55-B Lake Highland County
Subdivision,Township 22 S., Section 29, Range 26 E.
in Lake County, Florida.
2. Change the following described property from Land Use
Map Designation NED-4 to EBD-2.
a.) Clermont Heights, lots 291, 292 ,315 and south 1/2
of lot 316.
3. Add that area located north of Almond Street and east
of Bloxam Avenue is restricted to Residential ar
Professional Offices only.
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed. Should any section or part of this section
be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
ajudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of
this ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or
part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from
the section to which such holding shall apply.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be published as provided by Iaw and it shall
become law and shall take effect upon a/d~option.
