AN ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY 0 LERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING A PORTION
OF DISSTON AVENUE BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF GRAND HIGHWAY AND BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE NORTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HUNT STREET, AND THAT PORTION OF DISSTON
AVENUE BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE SOUTH
LINE OF LOT 6, BLOCK I, AND RUNNING SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST SIDE
OF EAST LAKE, AND BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF PITT STREET, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17
TO 23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby
ordains that:
SECTION 1.
That portion of Disston
Lake County, Florida as
permanently abandoned:

Street located within the City of Clermont, z
hereinafter described, is hereby closed and-
That portion of Disston Avenue bounded on the North by the
South right-of-way line of Grand Highway and bounded on the
South by the North right-of-way line of Hunt Street and that
portion of Disston Avenue bounded on the North by the Easterly
extension of the South line of Lot 6, Block I, and running
Southerly along the West side of East Lake, and bounded on the
South by the North right-of-way line of Pitt Street, according
to the Official Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17-23 inclusive, Public
Records of Lake County, Florida.
SECTION 2.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the
State of Florida.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by
any court of competent jurisdiction, such ajudications shall not
apply or affect any other provision of this ordinance, except to
the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be
inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such
holding shall apply.

This ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall
become law and take effect upon the recording of the Highlander
Estates Subdivision.
