ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
This Addendum is by and between MailFinance Inc. (MAILFINANCE), and
( "CUSTOMER ") who hereby mutually agree to amend the terms
and Londitions of Agreement # dated as of the day of
/,/o , 2011 (the "Agreement ").
In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and in the Agreement, the
parties agree as follows:
1. Notwithstanding any provision in the Agreement, or any previous addenda, this
Addendum shall set forth exclusively the agreement between the parties relative to the
subject matter of this Addendum. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and
this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall control.
2. The Lease Agreement is hereby modified to include all terms and conditions governing
the lease of equipment under the State of Florida Contract # 600 - 760 -11 -1.
3. The Lease Agreement, this Addendum and any other addendum entered into between the
parties contains the complete understanding and agreement between the parties hereto,
and supersede all representations, understandings or agreements prior to the execution
thereof. The Agreement and this Addendum may be changed or modified only in writing
signed by MAILFINANCE and CUSTOMER.
This Addendum is not valid unless executed at MAILFINANCE'S corporate office.
