ORDINANCE N0. 178-M
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 26-1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 245-C, APPENDIX
"A" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL
PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN AS SHOWN BELOW, PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1.
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida referred to in Section 26-1 of Ordinance No. 245-
C, Appendix "A" of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
rezoning the following described properties as shown:
FROM R-3 RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL
TO R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
1. Hillside Terrace Subdivision
2. Sunset Heights: Block 14 and strip between Block 14 &
Lake Minneola; Land between Block 14 & Palm St. less RR
ROW; abandoned T&G ROW west of East Ave. & east of
Second St. (Between East Avenue and Second St.)
3. City Blocks: Lots 1 through 6, Block 70; Lots 1
through 20, Block 71; Lots 1 through 13, Block 86; Lots
1 through 3, Block 87; Lots 1 through 17, Block 88
4. Sunnyside Unit: All of Block 4; All of Block 5; All of
Block 6; Lots 22 through 30, Block 7; Lots 6 through 11
and 19 through 46, Block 9; Lots 7 through 10, Block 2;
Lots 1 through 15, Block 3; Sunnyside Terrace: Lots 7
through 16
FROM R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL
TO R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
5. Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9; Winona Bay Subdivision

All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of this section be declared
invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudica-
tions shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this
Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part
of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the
section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it
shall become law and shall take effect immediately upon its
Second Reading and Final Passage.
