AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF ~_ lE._.~ITY OF CLERMONT~`
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONI A PORTION
OF ELEVENTH STREET BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY A LINE EXTENDING FROM
A POINT 110 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 258 TO A POINT
110 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 259, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT OF INDIAN HILLS, AND BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY A LINE EXTENDING
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 168 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT
169, ACCORDING TO THE SAID PLAT OF INDIAN HILLS, AND ACCORDING TO
THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY FLORIDA,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVER-
ABILITY, PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby
ordains that:
SECTION 1. ~~
That portion of Eleventh Street located within the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida as hereinafter described, is hereby closed and
permanently abandoned:
That part of Eleventh Street as shown on the Official Map ~
of the City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages
17-23, inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, -
bounded on the north by a line extending from a point 110 s_
feet south of the southeast corner of Lot 258 to a point _..
110 feet south of the southwest corner of Lot 259, accord- ,,,~
ing to the Plat of Indian Hills, as recorded in Plat Book 8, `~'
Page 86, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, and bounded =.''
on the south by a line extending from the northeast corner of ~
Lot 168 to the northwest corner of Lot 169, according to the -~~'
said plat of Indian Hills.
SECTION 2.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the
State of Florida.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by
any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not
apply or affect any other provision of this ordinance, except to
the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be
inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such
holding shall apply.
SECTION 5.
This ordinance shall be published
