AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICTAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA REFERRED TO IN SECTION 26-1 OF ORDINANCE 208-C
APPENDIX "A" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM AN R-1-A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONING
CLASSIFICATION TO AN R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida
hereby ordains that:
SECTION l:
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida referred to in Section 26-1 of Ordinance No. 208-C Appendix
"A" of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by rezoning the
following described property from an R-1-A Single Family Residential
zoning classification to an R-1 Single Family Residential zoning
classification:
Begin at a point 430' south of the NW corner of Gov't Lot 2
of Sec. 26, Twp.22 S, Rg.25 E, Lake Co., FL, thence E 1320'
more or less, to a point 430' S of the NE corner of said
Gov't Lot 2; thence S 260'; thence E to a point 110' W of the
W ROW line of 12th 5t.; thence S 60'; thence E 50'; thence S 125';
thence E 60' to a point on the W ROW line of 12th St; thence S
along the W ROW line of 12th St. 441.5' to the N ROW line of
Minnehaha Av.; thence W along said ROW line and SW'ly along
the N'ly ROW line of SR 561 to a point on the W line of
said Gov't Lot 2; thence N to POB. Indian Hills subdivision.
(Roughly the NW corner of Minnehaha Avenue and Twelfth St.)
SECTION 2.
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
