AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA REFERRED TO
IN SECTION 26-1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 208-C APPENDIX "A" OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED
HEREIN FROM AN R-3 RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION
TO A C-1 LIGHT COMMERCIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION:
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida referred to in Section 26-1 of Ordinance No. 208-C Appendix
"A" of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by rezoning the
following described property from an R-3 Residential/Professional
zoning classification to a C-1 Light Commercial zoning class-
ification:
The West 10 feet of Lot 10, Lot 12, and the East ~ of Lot 14;
Block 93; City Blocks; also known as 858 West Minneola Avenue
SECTION 2.
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
