AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA REFERRED TO
IN SECTION 26-1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 208-C APPENDIX "A" OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTY DE-
SCRIBED HEREIN FROM AN R-1-A LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
CLASSIFICATION TO AN R-3 RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL ZON-
ING CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLErmONT, FLORIDA HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT:
SECTION 1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida is hereby amended by rezoning the following described
property from an R-1-A Low Density Residential Classification to
an R-3 Residential/Professional zoning classification:
Lots 1, 2, and 3 in Block 137 in the City of Clermont,
Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
3, page 5, Public Records of Lake County, Florida. Also,
the north 348 feet of the south 658 feet of Government Lot 7
in Section 23, Township 22 South, Range 25 East, in the City
of Clermont, Florida, less and except that part thereof lying
west of a line located 993 feet west of and parallel with
the centerline of 12th Street, according to the Official Plat
of the City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17
to 23, inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida,
and less and except that part thereof lying north of the
south line of that certain land conveyed to the City of
Clermont, Florida by deed recorded in Official Record Book
499, page 725, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
SECTION 2.
Ail Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by
any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not
apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except
to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may
be inserapable in meaning and effect from the section to which
such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall
become law and shall take effect immediately upon its Second
