AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1979-1980 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COL~TY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE TEMPORARY
SANITATION SERVICE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT UNTIL SUCH
TIME AS A FINAL BUDGET IS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES,
AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN; RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
It is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are required for the
Sanitation Service of the government of said City for fiscal year of October 1,
1980 to September 30, 1981 inclusive:
REVENUES $ 164,000
EXPENDITURES 161~667
NET INCOME $ 2,333
SECTION 2.
Ail Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other
provision of this Ordinance except to the extent that the entire section or part
of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which
such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law
and take effect immediately.
