ORDINANCE N0. 123-M
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING THE UTILITIES FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1979-80; AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DIS-
BURSEMENTS CONTAINED HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.

It is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are required for the water
and sewer operations of the government of said City for the fiscal year of October
1, 1979 to September 30, 1980:
REVENUES:
Water Sales $ 195000
Tapping Fees 12000
Hydrant Rental 3520
Miscellaneous 1500
TOTAL $ 212020
LESS: EXPENDITURES 142278
NET INCOME (LOSS) $ 69742
SEWER
REVENUES:
Sewer Service $ 218000
Connection Fees 3000
Interest 13000
TOTAL $ 234000
LESS: EXPENDITURES 362791
NET INCOME (LOSS) $(128791)
WATER AND SEWER

ADD: SUBSIDY FROM GENERAL FUND 59049
CHANGE IN CASH BALANCE
SECTION 2.
$ 0
All Ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other
provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part
of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which
such holding shall apply.

SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law
and shall take effect immediately.
