AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 (a) (1) of ORDINANCE NO. 161,
THE "GARBAGE ORDINANCE OF CLERMONT:.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT. LAKE COUNTY. FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 7 (a) (1) of Ordinance No. 161, the
"Garbage Ordinance of Clermont, be amended to read as follows:
(1) Residential and Commercial A minimum charge of $$.00
per month, which shall include two (2) "pick-ups" per
week, but not in excess of sixty (60) gallons per pick-up
or one hundred twenty (120) gallons peT week - shall be made
to each property owner having a municipal water service
meter connection to the City's Water Supply and Storage
System or Plant. '
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take affect at 12:01 A. M. NOv-
ember 1st 1959.
