AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
. CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the official Zoning Map of the City
of Clermont, as adopted under Ordinance No. 126 and dated
December 7, 1954, of the City of Clermont and as re-adopted
under Ordinance No. 159 of said City, dated December 3, ~957,
estabiishing the zones or districts of the respective parceis
of property iocated therein, be and the same is hereby amaned
as fOi1ows:
(A) The following area within the City of Clermont
heretofore embraced within anR- ~ zone is hereby changed
to a T. C. zone:
All ~ands wthin the st of Block ~OO and to the
center of the streets lying on the South, East
and West sides thereof.
SECTION 11. This Ordinance shai~ take effect immediate~y
upon its passage.,
