ORDINANCE NO. ~ /8 a
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OFCLERMONT,LAKECOUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT,LAKECOUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, as adopted under Ordinance No. 126 and dated
December 7, 1954, and as readopted under Ordinance No. 159, dated
December 3, 1957, of the said City of Clermont establishing the zones or
districts of the respective parcels of property located therein, be and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
(A) The following area within the City of Clermont heretofore
embraced within an R-2 zone is hereby changed to a C-l zone:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 25, 27 and 29
of Lincoln Park Annex.
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Block 2, Homedale.
The South 137 1/2 feet of Lot 5 in Block "N" .
The South 137 1/2 feet, less the East 126 feet of Lot 6 in Block "N".
East 126 feet of South 465 feet of Lot 6 in Block "N" .
The West 126 feet of the North 140 feet of Lot 1 in Block "S".
(B) The following area within the City of Clermont heretofore
embraced within R-1 and R-2 zones is hereby changed to a T-C
zone:
All property between the Northern boundary of the present T-C
zone and the center line of Broome Street, starting at the West
Boundary of 10th Street and running eastward to the East boun-
dary of Lot 7 in Block 7.
All property between the southern boundary of the present T-C
zone and the center line of Chestnut Street, starting at the
western boundary of West Avenue and running eastward to the
West boundary lines of Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and
19 in Block 8 of Ella Vista Heights.
SECTION ll. That the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida
finds it necessary to declare the passage of this ordinanc,e to be an emergency
measure, and, therefore same shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
