Landscaping LLC's bid of $38,137 for the base bid plus alternate #2 for the
Greater Hills, Sunburst Lane Water Treatment Plant and East Elevated Storage
Tank Landscaping contract. Please take this letter as the Notice of Award and
Notice to Proceed. You are required to acknowledge a copy of this Notice of
Award to the City of Clermont within ten days.
