AN ORDINANCE TO NAEND PARAGRAPH 118 6F
SECTION III OF ORDINANCE NO. ~2 OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, AN ORDINANCE RELATING
TO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, BY REDUCING THE OCCUPATIONAL
LICENSE FEE FROM $25.00 to $10.00 ON FRUIT
DEALERS WHO MAKE EXPRESS SHIPMENTS, NOT
WHOLLY THEIR OWN PRODUCTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT"
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That Paragraph 118 of Ordinance No. 92
of the City of Clermont, an Ordinance Relating to Occupational
License Taxes of the City of Clermont be amended to read
as follows:
118. Fruits, dealers who make express shipments,
not wholly their own production $10.00
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.

its Regular Meeting held in the City Hall in the City of Clermont,
Florida, this, the 8th day of November, A. D., 1949.
