Re: Center Lake Maintenance
PROPOSAL

We hereby propose to clean out the vegetation from Center Lake. Debris material to remain on-site. This work will
require approximately 44 hours using an Aquatic Weed Harvester at a rate of$120.00 per hour plus a mobilization
charge of$350.00. This work is to be"piggy backed"off our current contract with Seminole County(Term
Contract for Aquatic Maintenance RFP 601323-11/TLR). The total sum to completely clean out Center Lake will
be$5,630.00.
We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials—complete in accordance with the above specifications. All
material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be complete in a workmanlike manner according to standard
practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs,will be executed only upon
written orders,and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All sediment control,permitting,
traffic control and/or required utility locates shall be the responsibility of others.All agreements are contingent upon
strikes,accidents or delays beyond our control. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date above. Payment for
work is to be paid in full upon completion.
