AN ORDINANCE ANNULLING, CANCELLING AND REVOKING
ORDINANCE NO. 129, THE SAME BEIm, "AN ORDINANCE
FIXING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR STREETS, ALLEYS AND
OOADWAYS TO, THROUGH AND FOOM SUBDIVISIONS AND
FOR DRAINAGE IN THE CI1'Y OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA,
BEFORE PLATS THEREOF SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE
CITY OF CLERM:JNT OR ITS AUTHORIZED OFFICERS;
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION HEREOF, AND
OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO."
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERHJNT, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 129, the same being, "An ordinance
fixing the requirements for streets, alleys and roadways to, through
and from subdivisions and for drainage in the City of Clermont,
Florida, before plats thereof shall be approved by the City of
Clermont or its authorized officers; providing penal ties for
violation hereof, and other matters relating thereto.", passed by the
City Council of the City of Clermont at a special meeting held on
December 30, 1954, is hereby annulled, cancelled and revoked.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Clermont at a
regular meeting held on February 1, 1955.
