Ajax Building Corporation is pleased to present our proposal for Preconstruction and Construction Phase services for
your new Police Station project.
Preconstruction Phase ($28,600)4 Months Total Duration
When reviewing the Preconstruction Phase services, please note that some of the services itemized have a quantity
associated with them. The scope of Preconstruction services as presented is based on partial involvement during the
design preconstruction process, including multiple estimates, value engineering, systems analysis and attendance at
design meetings, as indicated on the attached.
Construction Phase Services ($139,992) 12 Months Total Duration
On the Construction Phase services our fee structure is based on Ajax's Project Manager being involved for an
average of 20 hours per week and services as outlined in the Construction Management agreement, less submittal
and shop drawing reviews, which will be done by the Architect/Engineer and General Contractor.
Ajax appreciates the opportunity to serve as your Construction Manager at your new Community Center and looks
