BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF

,THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 29 of Chapter XXVI of the
Revised General Ordinances of the City of Clermont,
Florida, be and the sa'.le is hereby amended to read
'as· follows:
"Section 29:, Any person who shall leave
standing unhitched in any of the streets of the
'City of Clermont, any horse or horses, mule or
. ,mules, or uho shall permit any cow or cattle to
run at large in the City of Cler.mont, shall be
'punished by a fine of not more than $10000 or by
imprisonment in the City jail for not more than
10 days or by both such fine and imprisomnent at
!'the discretion of the ì,layoDo"
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in contlict herewi th, are hereby repealed so far

'as such conflict exists, and this ordinance shall
take effect upon its passage and approval by the
