I I -e 'I '" ORDINANCE NO 17 An Ordinance prohibiting the owner or person having the custody of any unlicensed dog or dogs from permitting the said unlicensed dog or dogs to run at large wi thin the corporate limits of the City of Clermont, and providing a penalty for the violation of this Ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF CLERMONT: Section 1. From and after the first day of October, 1933, it shall be unlawful for the owner or person having the CUs- tody of any unlicensed dog or dogs to permit or allow any such dog or dogs to run at large anywhere in the City limits of the City of Clermont; and for the purpose of this ordin- ance the term "run at large" shell mean for any such unli- censed dog or dogs to be found upon any street, avenue or al- ley within the City or on any private property except the property of the owner or person having the custody of such dog or dogs; the term "unlicensed dog or dogs" shall mean any dog or dogs for which the dog license for the current year has not been paid to the City of Clermont. Section 2.
